Microgreens


Microgreens are whole plants that are allowed to form a few leaves beyond the first leaf layer (cotyledons) before harvest. These tender and delicious greens are packed with nutrients and, depending on your preference, offer a variety of tastes and textures to your dishes. We offer our greens to restaurants and catering events, as well as grocers. At this time, we do not sell directly to consumers. We would gladly grow to order, provided there is one month advance notice.
